In addition there are not currently any RS3 botting clients to my knowledge, with the exclusion of color bots, private OCR/AI/ML bots, or WinAutomation solutions (such as provided from botting.rs). These types of bot clients are usually favored by gold farmers. However the trade-off is that they're typically much easier to detect on Jagex's end. With RsPeer or TriBot (the better two of the injection bots) you have high performance with very little (if any) misclicks, null game query results, or other issues. With RuneMate, you trade off some performance to have a more 'realistic' interaction with the game, sometimes it unintentionally misclicks for example. Reflection bots are typically favored by players who are not running gold farms. With that said, it's still possible to get banned due to Jagex having pretty solid pattern recognition. RuneMate inherently has the lower ban rate of all the reflection and injection clients listed above due to their approach using reflection. Robots in Disguise is purely an AI/ML approach, essentially a smarter color bot. Dreambot I believe is color-based (with a small amount of injection just to grab certain environment variables I believe, I could be wrong about this one).

RsPeer, TriBot, PowerBan, and OSBot are injection. Disclosure, I'm a bot author for RuneMate and RSPeer.
